This inviting suite features a cozy queen bed, a charming stove for added warmth and ambiance, and a unique window bench—perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a quiet moment. The private bathroom offers a luxurious jacuzzi tub, while the suite’s private entrance ensures a peaceful and convenient stay.

Guests can enjoy morning grab and go style breakfast available, such as muffins, granola bars, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, etc... on our character-filled shared patio.

Located just half a mile from the historic downtown city center, our bed and breakfast combines classic Victorian elegance with modern comfort. With on-site parking included, The Sunset Room offers the perfect setting for a serene and memorable getaway.

Amelia was amazing and this location was beautiful! At the beginning of our stay, the entire area experienced a very bad storm and power outage that lasted for several hours. Amelia personally came out and gave us a flashlight and made sure that we were ok and checked if we needed anything. This was truly above and beyond for a situation that was entirely beyond her control. A+++!!

We enjoyed our time in the Sunset View. It became our favorite part of the whole trip, coming home and unwinding. We are definitely staying here again or in another one of Amelia’s BnB’s! Would highly recommend their place to anyone interested in coming to Eureka Springs!

So happy to have found this place to stay during my trip. It was so nice to come back to a safe and cozy room after kayaking/hiking all day. The dining patio was also inviting and clean and provided cups and dinnerware. My favorite thing about this stay was how it is right in the middle of Eureka and still quiet and cozy with walkable access to all the cafes/bars.
