Other things to note

There is a narrow corridor to walk through to enter Sam’s Workshop. Bulky luggage may be challenging, but feasible. We try to leave exterior lights on for you, as the stairs getting down to Sam's Workshop are very Eurekan rock stairs, which require a bit of balance.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sam’s Workshop. Eureka Springs is one of our favorite places to visit & this BnB made us feel right at home. Amelia is a fabulous host. She is super responsive, attentive, & friendly. The BnB is exactly as described and perfect for solo or couple travels. Everything was spotless & we felt super safe. It was a sweet, cozy place, perfect for a quick girls trip with my daughter over spring break! Amelia reached out with directions that were helpful and reduced my anxiety ahead of time. We would definitely stay here or at one of their other Airbnbs again in the future!

Amelia's place, Sam's Workshop, was perfect for our two night stay in Eureka. It was cozy, and had everything we needed. Yes, the shower is small but that's included in the listing! We spent most of our time wandering around town and participating in the St Patrick's Day events. The TV works great and we watched movies in the evening if we weren't tired yet. The minifridge didn't work while we were there, but that didn't cause any issues for us. Getting into the place was easy with Amelia's instructions and the area was quiet and provided much privacy since it's separate from the main house, and removed enough from town that we didn't hear any commotion, etc. It's about a half mile walk or so to the main part of town which isn't bad when the weather is nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Such a great stay! Perfect size for two, quiet, private & easy to get to. Truly walkable to downtown (maybe 10 min) and a 5 minute drive at most! Such a perfect location. The place was pristine and exactly like the photos. There was snacks, extra towels - everything you could need!

Perfect distance for us to walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely book this again with Amelia, it’s a great small space, perfect for a couple, the bed is comfortable, there is a dedicated parking spot, and the bathroom is the perfect size. It was a big event weekend and the neighborhood was very chill and quiet. A++++++
