Guest access

Guest are welcome to hang out on on the large outdoor patio just outside your room, which is shared with one other guest room. Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 9am.

Other things to note

There is a narrow corridor to walk through to enter Sam’s Workshop. Bulky luggage may be challenging, but feasible. We try to leave exterior lights on for you, as the stairs getting down to Sam's Workshop are very Eurekan rock stairs, which require a bit of balance.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Amelia was kind and checked in on me during my time here to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. The small space was perfect for me as I spent most of my time exploring Eureka Springs and then got to end my days on a very comfy bed! The neighborhood was nice and quiet too and there’s a lot of walkable places nearby. Definitely recommend staying here. :)

Great spot and good location it was about a 10-15min walk to downtown depending on where u wanted to go but doesn't feel like that long lol

place was great for our needs and a random getaway. Definitely will stay again. best location were stayed in Eureka so far

Sam’s Workshop is in a great location with several restaurants within walking distance. The cottage is tiny, as described, but quiet and private with welcoming decor. We stayed in the same cottage 10+ years ago when it was under different ownership and loved it then - so we appreciated that the charm of the space was how we remembered it. If you plan to spend most of your time out and about, this space is perfect for you.
