Room Description

Bathed in soft hues of blue, The Sunset Room is a tranquil retreat within our historic Victorian home. This inviting suite features a cozy queen bed, a charming stove for added warmth and ambiance, and a unique window bench—perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a quiet moment. The private bathroom offers a luxurious jacuzzi tub, while the suite’s private entrance ensures a peaceful and convenient stay.

Guests can start their mornings on our character-filled shared patio, where self-serve coffee and breakfast items await. On weekends, a hot homemade breakfast is available, lovingly prepared by the innkeepers (for an additional fee—menu provided on our website).

Located just half a mile from the historic downtown city center, our bed and breakfast combines classic Victorian elegance with modern comfort. With on-site parking included, The Sunset Room offers the perfect setting for a serene and memorable getaway.

We do not live on-site, but our innkeepers, Heather and Christian do. If you need anything at all, you can look for them or give us a call and we can be to you within a matter of minutes. We are committed to making sure you have a wonderful stay and will never be "bothered" by your reaching out. Please reach out to us if you need anything at all! We are here to help!

Other things to note

Please note that Hot Breakfast is available on weekends and most week days. Please request breakfast by 9pm the night before. There is a small cost per plate which can be found on our menu (see photo). If you request breakfast, please be in the dining patio at 9am.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy Bed and Breakfast. The Innkeepers, Heather and Christian, were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and well priced. The place is located close to downtown and other things to do without directly being on the main strip (that is usually loud all throughout the night). If you are looking for a short weekend stay, this is a great option.

Side notes: There isn’t really a shower in the room, but the giant jacuzzi tub is fun for 1-2 people. Also, there are several public places, and you will run into your neighbors, but luckily all of our neighbors were very friendly.

The home is beautiful and I definitely recommend making the Sunset View the place to stay in Eureka Springs! It was very well kept, clean, had many amenities, the inn keepers are so kind and helpful, and the scenery and house itself are simply gorgeous! 11/10 recommend!

Heather was actually our host we were in communication with and she was very friendly, proactive, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt right at home with the gas stove fireplace to keep us cozy and breakfast/snack options helped us stay in because the weather got fridged that night. I am a fan of Victorian style homes and this place was absolutely stunning! Everything was vintage and I felt so cozy sleeping here. The in house keepers were sooo nice and gave me a couple of recommendations on places to go hiking! Heathers breakfast is also very good. The location is very central to quite everything. Even super close to historic downtown! I stayed in the sunset view room and it was spacious for me and all my stuff. 10/10!
