Very cozy! We had a lovely time in Eureka Springs at the King Suit. The tub took a min to fill as the water pressure is super low, but great once filled! Walkable distance to downtown. Housekeeper very kind and accommodating. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had a lovely stay here! It was the perfect place to recharge and relax for the weekend! Beds were super comfy, some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time!! Definitely recommend:)

The space was perfect for a few nights in Eureka. The AC kept the space very comfortable during the daytime heat and the space was very well furnished and clean. A quick walk to the downtown area and very quiet in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

My BF and I planned a fairly impromptu mini vacation. We love Eureka Springs, and having in stayed in cabins, we wanted to stay in the historic downtown area. The Victorian looked like it was strait out of a faery tale down to its sweet and somewhat whimsical decor. And were visited every morning by a doe! The bed was cozy and the jacuzzi was heavenly. You CAN walk to the downtown entertainment district, but believe them when they say the hike up would burn calories. As a couple in our 50s we opted out lol. However the tram does come through or it’s a 1 minute drive. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Would happily stay here again. Right on the trolley loop, if you don't want to fight parking around town. The tub was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. A great first night on a multi-day road trip!
