Guest access

You will have a key to your private room and one to the dining patio, which is accessed on the Right side of the house. You will walk outside and then into the side entrance of the house. Use your key to enter.

During your stay

We do not live on-site, but our innkeepers, Heather and Christian do. If you need anything at all, you can look for them or give us a call and we can be to you within a matter of minutes. We are committed to making sure you have a wonderful stay and will never be "bothered" by your reaching out. Please reach out to us if you need anything at all! We are here to help!

Other things to note

Please note that Hot Breakfast is available on weekends and most week days. Please request breakfast by 9pm the night before. There is a small cost per plate which can be found on our menu (see photo). If you request breakfast, please be in the dining patio at 9am.

We felt as if we were in the 1880s staying in this lavish Victorian. Many charming details throughout including a fire blazing through the windy night on the eve of the Vernal Equinox. Banks of daffodils outside and wind chimes on the porch. Quite the place and an immersive historical experience.

I was so happy staying here that I fully intend to come here every time I come to Eureka Springs, which is one of my favorite places in the world. I felt safe, comfortable, and every morning I got the best breakfast I could’ve gotten anywhere in town. You place your order for breakfast the night before and walk from your room right into the kitchen to have a meal that would rival any breakfast you could go to. Absolutely delicious. Ate breakfast there every morning. Both Amelia (owner) and Heather (on site caretaker and cook ) were so responsive and helpful. Honestly, my stay at their bed-and-breakfast made our five days in that town perfect.

Comfy,quirky and cozy. The bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend the breakfast. I really loved the Avocado toast! The only thing I would have liked would have been a mini fridge.

The host was friendly, responsive, accommodating and had the place cleaned and ready for us. The gas fire was going when we walked in and the Christmas lights for the outside were on. Common areas were available for recreation. Breakfast was delicious! You can choose from the menu so you get what you want. Worth the price!
