The Blue Rose Suite is our premiere room; formerly home of our innkeeper quarters, and now, a luxuriously spacious suite. With a dedicated living room and bedroom, which opens directly to our very stylish shared dining patio, you can enjoy the company of other guests, or retreat to your own private space. You will enjoy the super comfy, plush bedding and charming, in-room jacuzzi tub.

Guests can enjoy morning grab and go style breakfast available, such as muffins, granola bars, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, etc... on our character-filled shared patio.

Located just half a mile from the historic downtown city center, our bed and breakfast combines classic Victorian elegance with modern comfort. With on-site parking included, The Blue Rose Suite offers the perfect setting for a serene and memorable getaway.

Amelia was one of the best host ever! She was so accommodating and helpful to all of our needs. The only issue I had was dust which made my allergies flare up really bad but other than that the stay was amazing! There was coffee and food every morning, clean dishes, beautiful scenery, quiet and peaceful space, and we even saw deer! Amelia was so sweet and anyone thinking about this place SHOULD BOOK IT. SN: Since most homes are older that comes with dust and Amelia did mention that so again other than the dust it was amazing.

This is a lovely space. We arrived a little early and since the place was ready, our host was kind and flexible, and allowed us to check in early. That was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfy and the entire space was very clean. It’s in a good location. You can walk to coffee shops and some food spots. We saw a deer in the backyard as soon as we arrived. The “backyard” is a beautiful wooded area. There is a shared coffee bar, lounge, refrigerator area with complimentary coffee, tea, yogurt, and other small snacks. Sometimes, we could hear other guests, but it was the same as being in a hotel (nothing out of the ordinary). I look forward to staying here again. The host is very nice and Eureka Springs is beautiful!

Amelia was an excellent hostess, very friendly , attentive and pro active in helping us choose local restaurants and other attractions. Our room was very clean, and cozy, we felt right at home. We would definitely book with her again!!!

This place was adorable! It was close by to everything in town but far enough away that it felt private and tranquil. The bed was so comfortable and room itself was incredibly spacious. We felt right at home and enjoyed waking up to fresh coffee and beautiful views. Amelia was so helpful and proactive. She called us as we were driving in when a bad storm had affected the power in town just to make sure we had eaten beforehand. That kind gesture was much appreciated, alongside the care she put into making sure our stay went well. We had the best time!
